Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing operations in contact lens production.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement projects and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and production teams on best practices in process engineering.
- Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in process engineering within the manufacturing sector, preferably in optical or medical device industries.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes related to contact lenses and optical products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering design software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
