Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from ground up, ensuring all phases are executed effectively.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and financial goals.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including status reports and risk assessments.
- Implement project management best practices and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.
- Proven experience with ground up construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.

Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
