Position Overview

The Sr. PM/Estimator will be responsible for managing construction projects from initial concept through completion while providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management expertise and estimating acumen, particularly within the commercial construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to design specifications
• Lead bidding processes and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and estimating within commercial construction
• Proficiency in construction management software and estimating tools
• Strong understanding of design-build processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Design Build Project Experiene is a big plus
