Position Overview
The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the commercial flooring sector. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial flooring products, industry trends, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the commercial flooring market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on flooring options, trends, and installation processes to clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Construction, Marketing, or relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the commercial flooring or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and asset management principles.
- Proven track record in client relations and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Salary: $110,000-$170,000
- Hybrid work environment
