Requirements: 5 Years Experience as Lead Superintendent for Commercial Construction Projects

We are an industry-leading General Contractor with major projects in the pipeline that we are looking for a Superintendent to come lead. We have a very strong backlog and are looking to continue to grow the team.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee our commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, and leading the on-site construction team to deliver successful projects that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead and supervise a team of construction personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Schedule and conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address any issues that arise.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
