BS in Construction Management or relevant degree preferred (or 4 years in the field) and:
- 8 years of experience in a Lead Superintendent role
- Strong background in multi-family projects and/or podium-style builds ranging $50MM
- Experience with post tension concrete structures strongly preferred
- Strong ability to manage subcontractor schedule and progress
- Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam or other similar construction related software
