Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to support tax positions taken by the company.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Assist with audits and information requests from tax authorities.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to provide tax guidance and support on various projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems, with a preference for Accounting CS.
