This will be a hybrid role in Kansas City with opportunity to advance rapidly into a Partner position with strong performance.

- Supervise, train, and mentor Tax Managers / Associates on client engagements and technical issues
- Identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities
- Review and manage tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations, for all entity types with a focus on Individual
- Review financial statements and perform accounting and adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, and client books and records
- Prepare and review complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability for key clients
- Managing client engagements from start to finish which includes planning, executing, directing and completing tax projects, managing the budget, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- 10 years of Public Accounting / Tax Experience
- Active CPA
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
- Master's in Taxation or Accounting is preferred
- Experience with a variety of clients
