Position Overview

This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative fundraising strategies while overseeing a team dedicated to maximizing donor engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the organization's goals and mission.
- Lead and mentor a team of fundraising professionals, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporate partners to secure funding.
- Analyze and manage fundraising campaigns to ensure they meet established targets and are executed effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align philanthropic strategies with organizational priorities and initiatives.
- Oversee account management for key donors and partners, ensuring regular communication and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Non-profit Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar accounts and fundraising targets required.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
- Demonstrated expertise in non-profit fundraising, strategic planning, and donor relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to travel up to 40% both nationally and internationally.
