Position Overview
The Senior Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the development and implementation of water heater solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement water heater applications to meet customer specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and sales teams on application features and benefits.
- Collaborate with product development teams to enhance existing products and develop new solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications and installation guides.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Applications Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience with water heaters and related technologies.
- Familiarity with boiler feed systems and VE systems is a plus.
- Project management experience is highly desirable.
- HVAC knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
