Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sheet metal workers and pipefitters.
- Plan and schedule work assignments for the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Review project blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Conduct quality control inspections on completed work to ensure standards are met.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects.
- Proven experience as a Foreman in sheet metal fabrication or HVAC industry.
- Strong background in mechanical systems and metalwork.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
