Position Overview
The Site Quality Director is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance operations at the manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role leads the development and implementation of quality systems and processes to maintain high-quality standards in production and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with QSR, ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards.
- Lead quality audits and inspections to identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage the site Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure effective operation of CAPA and NCR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Train and mentor quality assurance staff on best practices and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with QSR, ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards.
- Strong knowledge of inspection equipment and machining assembly processes.
- Experience with CAPA and QMS management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary : $135,000 - $200,000
