Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leases.
- Review and draft various real estate agreements and contracts.
- Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Advise clients on land use planning and zoning issues, including variances and permits.
- Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, collaborating closely with clients and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations, advising clients accordingly.
- Represent clients in negotiations and disputes related to real estate transactions.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Barred in FL
- 5 years of experience in real estate transactional law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, land use planning, and zoning regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary : $160,000 - $225,000
