As a Senior Roofing Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for residential roofing projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed estimates using Xactimate software
- Evaluate project scope and requirements to determine accurate costs for materials, labor, and equipment
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure successful project completion
- Provide support to sales team during the bidding process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Minimum of 5 years experience in residential or commercial roofing estimating
- Strong understanding of residential roofing materials, installation methods, and industry standards
- Proficient in Xactimate software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Nice to have skills include experience in commercial roofing estimating and knowledge of commercial roofing materials and installation methods
