Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Estimator to join our team, specializing in high rise and mid rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, ensuring that all financial aspects are considered from the ground up to bidding stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for high rise and mid rise construction projects
- Analyze blueprints and other documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
- Conduct site visits to gather relevant information for accurate estimations
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to determine project requirements
- Present estimates and proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as necessary to stay within financial targets
- Research and analyze market trends to stay updated on costs of materials and labor
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating for high rise and mid rise construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and current market rates
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and clients

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
