Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of cable harnessing for electronic assemblies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement manufacturing standards and best practices for electronics assembly
- Oversee the production of PCBA and PCB designs, ensuring compliance with IPC standards
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address manufacturing issues
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in manufacturing engineering principles
- Participate in concept to production activities to drive product development and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on cable harnessing
- Strong knowledge of electronics assembly processes and PCBA
- Experience with design software such as Catia
- Familiarity with PCB design and automotive/aerospace industry standards
- Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- IPC certification is a plus.
