Position Overview
The Senior Product Planner will be responsible for developing and executing product plans that align with the company's strategic objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management, while focusing on market trends and customer needs in the networking domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive product plans that outline key features, timelines, and market strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to gather input and align product development with customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis in the networking space.
- Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement and future planning.
- Prepare and present product roadmaps and strategies to stakeholders and executive management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Planner or in a similar role within the networking industry.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies and market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CAPEX budgeting and financial analysis is preferred.
