Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- 5 years of experience managing AHCA projects (hospitals, skilled nursing, and/or nursing homes)
- Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of healthcare construction regulations and standards

Salary : $130,000 - $175,000
