What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee Project from beginning to end while keeping in close communication with Superintendents, clients, and company owner
- Maintaining files of documents as back up for estimate figures
- Secure building permits
- Monitor all of construction progress and relay to team
- Maintain communication with clients, team members and partners
- Problem solving within the field and subcontractors
- Bachelors degree is a plus
- 7 years of Project Manager experience in either commercial or industrial developments
- Basic Microsoft teams knowledge
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge with Blue Beam, Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, etc

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
