Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will oversee and lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective project execution.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee project progress and adherence to safety standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones.
- Review and approve project change orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and communicate effectively.
- Experience with construction project management software and tools.
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.

Salary : $100,000 - $160,000
