Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHPD and DSA regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
- Ensure safety standards and best practices are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
