Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple land development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to establish project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land development.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate the potential for development projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create detailed site plans and designs.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the land development sector.
- Proven expertise in site development and civil engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
