We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Project Manager to oversee and manage projects within our pharmaceutical manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management specifically within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate, including project charters, status reports, and change requests.
- Manage and monitor project performance using project management tools and methodologies.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls).
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Good CDMO experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and project management software such as Microsoft Project.
- Experience in client-facing roles and managing external partnerships.
