Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site operations to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors to streamline project processes and ensure timely material supply.
- Oversee construction management activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Implement project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and report on performance metrics.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align site operations with organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and industry standards throughout project life cycles.
- Manage budgets and financial performance of site operations, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site operations management or related roles.
- Proven experience in project management and vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
