Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage construction activities related to wastewater projects.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead self-performing teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, specifically in wastewater.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in general contracting.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater construction practices and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
