We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Systems Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for working with Field Application Engineers and Product Engineering teams with a focus on analyzing and debugging root cause issues for our AI products.

Familiarity with PCIe, SAS, SATA, NVMe, RAID, ARM, PPC, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, oscilloscopes, high speed analog signals, board schematics

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Systems Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for working with Field Application Engineers and Product Engineering teams with a focus on analyzing and debugging root cause issues for our AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and debug embedded software systems including PCIe/SAS/SATA products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement firmware solutions
- Provide design-in support and technical guidance to customers and internal teams
- Create and maintain product documentation including specifications and user manuals for PCIe/SAS/SATA products
- Conduct training sessions for sales engineers and support staff on new products and technologies
- Utilize protocol analyzers and logic analyzers for system validation and troubleshooting
- Participate in field applications engineering activities to support product deployment
- Bachelor's degree 8 yrs experience or Master's 6 years
- Ability to debug software and make code modifications (ideally in C/C )
- Some experience with storage products
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Can work independently but also collaborate
