Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, ensuring accuracy in measurements, and providing essential data for construction and engineering projects.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys and analyze survey data for boundary determination and topographic mapping.
- Utilize AutoCAD and field instruments (i.e. Total Station) to create precise survey plans and drawings.
- Collaborate with civil engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate site preparation and development.
- Perform field data collection and analysis to support project requirements and design specifications.
- Stay updated on zoning laws, regulations, and land development trends to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Professional Land Surveyor with a strong background in boundary surveys and topographic surveys.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Total Station equipment.
- Knowledge of SB9 regulations and their implications for land development.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
