Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in the concrete industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the store, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Review and manage budgets to optimize financial performance and meet profit margins.
• Oversee payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the concrete or related industry.
• Experience in Business Management and history of managing multiple locations
• Experience in reviewing and managing budgets, with a focus on profitability.
• Solid understanding of sales and merchandising principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and staff.
