What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee and coordinate bridge, roadway, and other heavy-civil construction projects
- Ensure compliance with project specs., codes, and regulations; implement/enforce safety protocols
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers on-site
- Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- Communicate with the team effectively and timely
- At least 1 year of experience in Civil Construction Management as a superintendent overseeing bridges, dams, roadways, etc.
- Experience with job scheduling
- Bridge, roadway, dam, covert, or other heavy civil construction experience
- Experience overseeing, ensuring, and implementing site safety
- Understanding of DOT codes, specifications, etc.
- Experience with heavy civil construction software
- Salary: $70,000 - $130,000
- 401k w 5% company match
