Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Bridge Superintendent to oversee and manage the construction of bridges in heavy civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the construction of bridges and other related structures
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor progress, quality, and costs of construction projects
- Resolve any issues or problems that may arise on the job site
- Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities
- 5 years of experience in bridge construction and heavy civil construction
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar supervisory role
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
