Based in Portland, OR, we are a well-established general contractor with over 30 years of demonstrated success serving the commercial and federal sectors of construction.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will coordinate all onsite activities, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with federal regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure project milestones are met and maintain schedules
• Oversee quality control and safety practices on site
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and civil standards
• Conduct regular inspections and provide reports on project progress
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction
• Understanding of civil or utility projects preferred
• Experience on federal construction projects nice to have
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of federal construction regulations and compliance
