Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Experience with metal building construction is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
