Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of construction sites and manage subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices on site.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in commercial construction is a plus.
- Knowledge of framing and drywall installation techniques is preferred.

Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
