Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning to completion
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Coordinate and supervise all site activities, including site management, safety, and quality control
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up to date
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and other stakeholders
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Experience working with a General Contractor
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- CSL (Construction Supervisor License) required
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects
