Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of heavy civil construction projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety protocols
- Manage project budgets and financial performance
- Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation
- Lead and supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support
- Monitor quality control processes and implement corrective actions as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
- Resolve on-site issues and challenges in a timely manner
- Prepare and submit project reports and documentation
- Ensure adherence to contract requirements and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight
- Excellent scheduling and planning skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with contract management and resource allocation
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary : $120,000 - $200,000
