We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for Luxury Residential projects who will oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom home construction and a passion for delivering exceptional luxury experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily construction activities on-site for luxury residential projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the construction process
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and workmanship quality
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers to address any issues that may arise
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to challenges that may impact project timelines or quality
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in luxury single family residential construction or custom homes
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients
- Fluent in Spanish
- Experience with project budgets from $7M - $30M
