Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on construction sites
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct regular inspections of the work site to ensure quality and safety
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Prepare and maintain progress reports and documentation
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, particularly in multi-family and commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
