We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of construction sites
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Schedule and oversee subcontractors and laborers
- Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of work
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations
- Experience in Heavy Civil, Sitework, and Dirt projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
