Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight on construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Manage sub-contractors in the field, budgets, and resources effectively to meet organizational goals.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of programs and services.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are on-site when needed.
- 3 years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
- Proven success working on educational or healthcare construction projects preferred.
- Experience working on projects valued at $5m and up.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: $90k - 140k
