Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all aspects of wet utilities construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure that safety procedures and regulations are followed on all job sites.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Provide training and support to field staff and crew members.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction of underground utilities.
- In-depth knowledge of wet utilities, including pipelines, sewer systems, and storm drains.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
