The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and extensive experience in the field of multifamily construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites for multifamily projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project schedules and budgets effectively
- Communicate with clients, architects, and project managers to address any issues or changes
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project completion
- Experience in field supervision and managing construction teams
- Knowledge of multifamily renovation processes and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
- Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are a plus
