Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and clients
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family and school construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Salary $130-200k DOE
