The Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing subcontractors, coordinating project schedules, and maintaining safety protocols on the job site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction crews.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project management and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and reports using Vista Viewpoint.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, millwork, and finish work.
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Vista Viewpoint software.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
