Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites for high-end buildings and custom homes.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Ensure high-quality standards are upheld through regular inspections and quality control measures.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, invoices, and other documentation as required.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, particularly with high-end buildings and custom homes.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings with proficiency.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Salary: $120,000-$180,000 DOE
