We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects in the K-12 and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites and ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee the quality of work and adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the construction process.
- Implement best practices in construction management and problem-solving.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, particularly in K-12 and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Experience in managing various types of projects including ground-up, T.I., warehouse, and big box construction.

Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
