We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects across various sectors including residential, multi-family, commercial, and healthcare. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to project completion.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, equipment, and materials to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and facilitate communication.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports using Procore and BuilderTrend systems.
- Implement and uphold quality control measures across all projects.
- Oversee budgeting and cost management to ensure project profitability.
- Lead and mentor project team members to foster a productive and efficient work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in construction management.
- Proficient in construction management software such as Procore and BuilderTrend.
- Strong knowledge of various construction methods including Tilt-Wall, Tilt-up, Flatwork, and Precast.
- Experience in managing diverse projects including Senior Living, K-12, Higher Education, and commercial sectors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a security clearance if required.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
