What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and supervise all construction activities on the project site
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality workmanship
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct site inspections and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Manage and approve project budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices are followed
- Communicate with project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of construction workers
- Make decisions and solve problems effectively to keep the project on track
- 3 years of Superintendent experience
- BS in related field
- Salary $100k - $140k
