- Plan and schedule construction activities to ensure timely project completion
- Supervise and manage on-site personnel and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate implementation
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets and report on financial performance
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of work
- Utilize software tools like Procore and BuilderTrend for project management
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in residential, multi-family, and commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of concrete and seismic construction techniques
- Familiarity with construction management software, particularly Procore and BuilderTrend
- Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications and licenses in construction management
