Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Manage and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to communicate project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring that all phases of construction meet industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including time sheets, material orders, and safety reports.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and multifamily construction projects.
- Strong understanding of ground-up construction processes and general contracting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
