Position Overview
The Millwright Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing millwright operations on construction sites. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate millwright activities on-site, ensuring all work is completed effectively and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage a team of millwrights, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Plan and schedule maintenance and installation of industrial machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.
- Conduct inspections and assessments of machinery and equipment to identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and machinery conditions for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications

- Experience in a supervisory or leadership position, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
